Singapore Snapshots

After hearing mixed reviews about Singapore - most Bangkokians think it's boring compared to our dirty, chaotic city - I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. Sure, it seemed a bit quiet at times, and it was extremely orderly, but I think this place is vastly underrated. Not only does it have the best green space I've seen in all of Asia and some of the most delicious food, but it also makes people feel instantly welcome with its diverse range of ethnicities all harmoniously existing together. It's definitely on the sterile side in comparison to Thailand, but that's not always a bad thing. You won't find me complaining about an incredibly efficient public transit system or hygienic hawker stalls offering food options from around the world. I'm already dreaming of when I can go back...
